1. Fabric choose: there are so many fabric can be choose for your custom cap, so please kindly tell us which fabric you would like to make your caps? Among them, there are 100% cotton, 100% acrylic, 100% polyester, canvas, cotton twill, T/C twill. Among them, 10858 cotton twill and 1612 heavy cotton twill are 2 most normal and popular fabric use for the custom caps.
2. Design/ logo specification: Clients' design and logo are an important factor to effect the price. How many colours and sizes of the logo and which print method you would like to use for the custom cap , all the factors will effect the price.
3. Size: For caps almost countries has a similar size, please check our caps sizes standard here to see if it is feet for you. For some special large size, it will effect the total price.
4. Quantity: As we are a wholesaler, so the more you required, the more competitive the price is, so your quantity for the custom cap is an important factor for the price.

We use only 100% cotton yarn in our custom t-shirts - unless specified otherwise. Fabric used is Compacted – which means it is shrinkage controlled. The dye is Color-Fast – which means fading and colour loss won't be above internationally accepted norms.
